Here's how: Each week you will be given a concise weekly Wellness Audio recording. These recordings highlight specific wellness skills and strategies that you can implement throughout the week. You will be able to download and listen to these recordings at a time that is convenient for you so you never have to worry about getting behind or missing something. You will have the freedom to choose how much and how quickly you would like to implement the wellness skills into your life using the Weekly Wellness Alignment Planning Tool. You get to decide on a pace that is right for you.

Here are the specifics of what you will receive in the self-directed Nurture Healing Wellness Program:
- The online version of Nurture Healing Wellness Handbook. This handbook summarizes how to use the five wellness pillars to best support your health and recovery. It is a concise usable guide that offers powerful information as well as practical tools. (This is available immediately to you upon registration in the course.)
- A Wellness Alignment Planning Tool that you can use each week to stay aligned and committed to your health goals.
- The online version of the Super Clean, Food As Medicine Guide. This concise, easy to follow food guide takes the latest science on health and nutrition and distills this information down to the practical, usable, key steps so that you can support your body with the proper nutrients. It also contains multiple healthy, delicious recipes for you to enjoy. (This is available immediately to you upon registration in the course.)
- Concise weekly Wellness Audio recordings delivered to your email. These will be in MP3 format so you can listen on your smart phone, or computer. These audio recordings will contain specific wellness practices that you can implement during the week. Additionally, all recordings will be available through the nurturehealing.org website on a page that you will be given a special password to access.
