In the Food as Medicine workshops we focus on how to cultivate a relationship with food that is grounded in simplicity, balance, trust, and a return to joy.
In these workshops you will be given tools and skills to help improve your health and wellbeing by learning how to supply your body with the vitamin-rich, antioxidant-dense, protein-packed, nutrient-hearty foods that make the biggest impact on your health and wellbeing. You will also learn how to avoid those foods that sabotage your health and contribute to sickness, inflammation, pain and exhaustion. Establishing healthy eating patterns is an essential skill we can all benefit from.
Ideal nutrition gives us greater energy, helps us fight illness, provides greater clarity of mind, and brings us into greater balance with the world around us. When we understand the power of nutrition, we can even help our families to achieve their optimal health potential.
