In the Food as Medicine workshops we focus on how to cultivate a relationship with food that is grounded in simplicity, trust, and a return to joy.
In these workshops you will be shown the foods to include each day to:
- Protect the body from (or help the body recover from) cancer, heart disease, stroke, autoimmune disease, and diabetes.
- Improve your metabolism and lose weight.
- Reduce pain and inflammation in the body.
- Give you more energy.
- Reduce cravings, energy swings, and fatigue.

Wellness in Practice
The next wellness series begins: October 24th, 1:00-2:30pm
Receive strategies, tools and support so that you can implement changes in your life to gain greater wellbeing. The Wellness Program is a series of 5 group workshops. Each weekly workshop is 90-minutes. These group sessions are a powerful and highly affordable way to receive wellness support guidance and accountability. Each week we will focus on incorporating one of the 5 Pillars of Wellness into your life. The following are included in the Wellness Program:
- Five 90-minute group sessions held over the course of 5-weeks.
- A Wellness Handbook
- A Weekly Wellness Alignment Plan
- Weekly audio recordings that summarize the learning and materials gained from each session.
The following are the dates included in this series:
- October 24th: 1:00-2:30pm - Mindfulness as Medicine
- November 7th: 1:00-2:30pm - Joy as Medicine
- November 14th: 1:00-2:30pm - Food as Medicine
- November 28th: 1:00-2:30pm - Relaxation as Medicine
