Thrive Wellness Workshop:
Dive deep into the essential pillars of wellness: mindfulness, food, relaxation, movement, and joy with Dr. Joanna Garritano. Participants will be guided by the THRIVE team in specific, realistic, and positive actions that can support healing and create increased wellness.
